These pics show the roof 'dip' after we removed the damaged plywood decking...that little 'dip' turned out to be a huge section...and to get it all..you have to remove it all. But the good part is that there was no mildew problems found...because all the water dripped into the soffit area outside the house...
so we put it all back together with new decking, new felt paper, and new Ice Shield (Peel N Seal) and recreated the roof the way is was new...but better......
and the end result was what we expected.
