OHHH NOOOO...Not ANOTHER 'dip in the roof!

Yes..once again...we have ANOTHER house with a roof leak...a DIP in the Roof! Seems like a never-ending battle! This roof was just done last year, and as you can see on the next pic...there were several nails that were 'exposed' right thru the top of the shingle..which caused leaks and eventually 'dipped' the roof decking.

Pic's are worth a thousand words...but luckily for the homeowner...not thousands of dollars...unless it would have gone further.........we were able to disassemble the roof..and put it all back together again the way it should be.........
