CLOSET CEILING REPAIRS...from old roof leak

This is plywood (luan) that was fastened to the Closet ceiling of a home in BlueWater Bay due to an old roof leak that 'deluged' thru the valley (don't you just hate those valleys..?) into the attic...and blew out the closet ceiling. They put the plywood up long ago to keep the Air and the 'critters' from coming in and out.....

this is the top side of the sheetrock that we removed once we removed the luan....you can see the mold damage on the manilla paper...
