David and Boe built the custom girder and joists from pressuretreated lumber after posts set up in concrete....

and built the custom mounting boxes for the Trex Posts....

and then began the magic of Deck Assembly with deck screws ... no nails....

I think you could drive up on this deck after they were done...super strong and long lasting...

Started in 1995 as a on-man operation serving homeowners and one realty company, we now serve the top four realty companies on the Emerald Coast. We maintain over 2,318 rental properties with a crew of 3 full-time employees and 5 sub-contractors. Our licenses are always updated and we undergo 14 hours of continuing education every two years to keep current the changes in the construction industry. You are protected by our Workman's Compensation exemption and our General Liability Insurance, which keeps our prices competive. We are also accredited business partners with the Better Business Bureau.
