we are not bidding this damage to the long side...only the damages to the back side.....

we will cut away this damage just above the Dryer vent but lower than the plumbing bib-faucet....or we will go just above the faucet and install the Z-flashing....

Cindy is pointing to massive damages to the siding from an improper installation of French Doors...usually from an 'inexperienced craftsman' or homeowner who attempted to do the installation theirselves..

this is the result of poor installation .... I'll bet no one installed a proper vapor barrier around the opening.....there were obvious upgrades to the interior...but some upgrades you can not skimp on...and that is proper installation techniques....that's why we go back to school every 2 years to take Continuing Education Credits for our State and Federal Licensing....

now we propose to cut away the damaged flooring in a rectangle configuration, and then we will construct a 'tile foyer' that looks like it was made for that design...to get the house more presentable for the sale.....it's not easy.....but it were, anyone could do it...

Seems like it would be a good place for someone who has some home improvement experience that could fix it up!
