we will NOT play with darts...we will presoak metal roofing underside and clean it as much as we can

this is where I saw nails 'popping'...left side of house behind the fence..and in front...lower area....caulking will not fix this..they will pop out with the new paint job in less than a year.

we also have to protect foliage...nothing worse than a contractor that leaves new paint on the house...the bricks..the shrubs...the windows...ect. And we protect plants against bleach during the pressurewashing...and the painting (contains a small trace of ammonia)

and we will NOT be hanging out here during breaks...hahahaha. I can hear Jimmy Buffet calling my name...(I was raised in Key West)....

...this is the nasty area of the gutters, soffit, and siding around the Tiki Bar.
