Typical Day in the SALE-PREP Mode

You have to make 'lemonade' with lemons.........and give the house the best 'bang' you can with the bucks.  Here's an example of the items they had us do....the house was full of holes in the walls....and behind the doors from the doorknobs.    We also had a FalseFront missing on the cabinet....and 5 smoke detectors that needed changing.... 

 

Now...do we 'just fill the holes in the walls...?"............no, we are used to Filling the hole....sanding...and then isolating and 'texturing' the holes.  Otherwise you end up with those 'flat' marks on an otherwise-textured (orangepeel or knockdown are the usual textures) wall....and if the paint has any sheen....it stands out like a sore-thumb!   So we take the extra time and Texture, using the premixed Spray Cans you can buy at your local Building Supplier....   Happy Home Repairs...........
