Keep your eyes on this job...VINYL SIDING combo with wood and paint on the back...

This weeks project starts with a "4-Plex" of townhomes that we will install a Prestige Beige Vinyl Siding on the front....with Wineberry Shutters on the windows....and we will pressurewash, replace woodrot, and paint the rear and sides to 'match' the Prestige Beige Vinyl color........ Now this time, we will use color-matched trim on all the vinyl, so you won't have any of the 'white pinstripe' look with the window/door mouldings and corner mouldings.....IT WILL BE AWESOME!!

The back of the units...as well as the front...will get the Gutter Treatment, which we will also paint to match the Prestigue Beige......another awesome add-on we are doing for 'no charge'.

The gutters will help eliminate all this mold on the back of the unit due to the shade trees........and water splashing up..................

the front also has severe woodrot from a roof leak....got to get the crew up there to fix 2 roof leaks........the wood will all be replaced prior to the vinyl and fascia-cap....
